Raleigh resident since 1988.  Passion for Real Estate in the Triangle Area, she is the consummate professional in both the sales and management sides of the business.

Lives in Raleigh with her little girl "Becca"

Allison Rodrigues
Assistant Property Manager/Repair Coordinator

Relocated from Jacksonville, Florida with her husband, Flavio, and son, Mateus. Allison is a certified paralegal from Florida, and spent 8 years in title and real estate litigation. She has also worked in Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Immigration, and Civil Litigation.  She is enjoying seeing the "front end" of real estate transactions and trying to keep Liz sane.

Allison is enjoying getting to know the Triangle with her family, especially since they enjoy being outdoors.

Alice Tate
Realtor/Showing Agent
Alice's real estate career began in the early ‘90s at Lake Gaston, NC and has run the gamut from selling residential property and land, property management, residential construction and real estate assessment and tax administration.   Working for a successful resort property/real estate company and two multi-million dollar producing contractors building and remodeling homes, gives her the insight into all aspects of real estate – and tons of hands-on experience  

After moving to Raleigh, her real estate career continued with an international real estate company in the administrative side of the business.  To say that she has been involved in the real estate industry from the ground up, literally, is an understatement.  She lives to deliver full service to her clients.

 An avid gardener, and is and forever designing new garden spaces.  Her other hobbies include decorating, sewing, reading and knitting.

Sheila Chester
Bookkeeper
Born in Syracuse, NY and Lived 35 years in San Francisco Bay Area before moving to the Raleigh area in 2000.

Very experienced managing offices, which also included bookkeeping, payroll and personnel.  On several occasions assisted with setting up offices for new companies.  In CA Sheila and her husband spent a lot of time with friends enjoying sports – from bowling to taking our dune buggy through the back country from Auburn, CA to Tahoe or just camping and hiking through CA and Nevada

Came to Raleigh to be closer to family and worked for another real estate firm as administrator/bookkeeper before joining the Golden Realty Team.  At the same time enjoying the wonderful people and weather in NC and bringing up 2 rescue cats that have her very well trained.

Amanda Paul-Clemmons
Office Manager
Born at Andersen AFB in Guam and raised near Randolph AFB near San Antonio, Texas, Amanda relocated here from Bristol, TN with her husband, Mike, and three kids, Mikey, Joey, and Kaity. She's got several years of office management and dispatching under her belt and even spent some time nursing retired veterans in San Antonio, Texas.  In her "spare" time she freelances as a zookeeper, with a dachshund, a cat, a python named Fluffy, a tankful of fish, a snail and a partridge in a pear tree. Her passions include being at the beach with a great book, supporting her sons in Boy Scouts, and being one of the official Winterguard/Marching Band moms at Millbrook High School for the Marching Wildcats and Colorguard. 

Coming from a huge military family, she is extremely proud to be the daughter of Col. Mark Hamilton and Col. Terry Hamilton (Retired USAF) and the granddaughter of Major General Colin C. Hamilton from Clayton, NC.  She strongly believes that anyone who has ever donned a United States military uniform should be thanked and then thanked again for their Service.

Mike Golden
Broker/Owner
Mike has been selling investment real estate in the Triangle area for years, and enjoys finding deals for his clients.  An North Carolina resident since 1999, Mike is a Veteran of the US Army, and has a background in Law enforcement and IT tech.

Mike has a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice Administration, and is pursuing his MBA in Real Estate.  He has received both the Centurion Producer Award from Century 21 (2005), and the Executive Club Producer Award from Re/MAX (2007)

Mike belongs to the Veterans of Foreign Wars (lifetime member), The Disabled American Veterans (lifetime member), the National Association of Realtors, The North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors.

He lives in Raleigh with his wife Cindy, and their Maltese dogs Happy and Joy.
